Mark Skelley, President, Coastal Carolina Homes, contractor and licensed builder in South Carolina and North Carolina, is committed to excellence, fine craftsmanship, and staying on schedule.  Mark is a second generation builder/remodeler.  He grew up renovating their family’s homes as they moved around New York and Connecticut.  Learning from his father, who was a contractor, and hands-on experience, he became skillful in all areas of the construction process at an early age.  By his early 20s, he was building custom homes ranging from first-time homes to multi-million dollar estates.  Taking all of this construction experience, he started Coastal Carolina Homes of Myrtle Beach, Inc. in the early 90s.  All of this experience and the pride he takes in his craftsmanship has helped Mark become a well respected builder.

Mark and his construction team will provide expert guidance while working with the home owner in every phase of the building process.
